Dear Mr De Looze,

I enclose for your information copy of letter received from Mr W. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Halliwell Senr. this morning. I have merely acknowledged it and informed Mr Halliwell that I have not yet had a suitable opportunity of mentioning the matter to you. - Perhaps you will let me know if you consider the time has arrived to inform Mr Halliwell that Messrs Rolls-Royce Ltd do not feel that they can accept any responsibility for these expenses.

Yours faithfully,

[Signature: Allan V.{VIENNA} Nutt]
