-2- Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}/A.3.9.32. Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} These show that the apparatus is quite capable, of doing its job and will maintain a temperature, inside the car, sufficiently high to suit all reasonable demands. The motor is quiet in operation and the whole unit is well made. We do not think that it would be possible to find any other heater which for its size is so successful. It is important to note that the heater must be fitted in the car so that the heated air is delivered across the cold walls of the car, i.e. it cannot be fitted out of sight or in a corner and still be efficient. We can see no objection to this heater being fitted to any Rolls-Royce car if required by a customer. We understand that the motor coach heaters are fitted with an Air Thermostat which controls the motor in such a manner that a constant predetermined air temperature is automatically maintained in the vehicle. We have not however seen this unit. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey} Att: Copy of Report : Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wat.1/AD.2.6.32. 2 prints. | ||
