EMPIRE ELECTRIC CLOCK

Will you please arrange to return to Messrs. Smiths a Boyce Empire electric clock No.696.

We require this clock overhauling and a new Cambridge type dial fitted to replace the existing one which is very patchy. This clock is required for chassis 20-EX C/54780 and we should like it returned to us for this chassis as soon as possible.

We also are waiting for another Empire clock sent away several weeks ago and of which we have heard nothing up to date. Could you kindly urge this also.

The clock referred to (No.696) we are handing to the Stores.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.
