Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} has requested that I communicate with each of the officials concerned both in London and at Derby, in order that an agenda may be prepared for the next meeting. Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} feels all officials will be desirous of saving as much time as possible, and therefore, will each official kindly forward to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} particulars of any points they would like to discuss at the next meeting; copies will then be circulated between members in London and at Derby for consideration, after which a definite date can be fixed for the next conference.
