X 4565 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} ------------------- ROY{Sir Henry Royce}26/MGL.10.23 Mr. MacBeth, of the Dunlop Company, has just been on the 'phone and would be glad if you would post the Letter of Introduction you are sending him to Springfield to him c/o S.S."MAJESTIC" Southampton, on which he is crossing on Wednesday. If you do not get the letter away in time to catch this boat, would you kindly address it to him c/o The Dunlop Tyre & Rubber Corporation, Buffalo, NEW YORK. He rang through particularly to tell us that the A.C.Car driven by Bruce to the top of Snowdon on Saturday was fitted with the Dunlop Big Section Tyres. One was nipped by the Snowdon railway line, and the car completed its journey to the top with a deflated tyre. A similar car fitted with standard tyres, i.e. 3½" recently failed.
