"C" SECTION.

Flywheel and Clutch. Single plate type to be instructed with strengthened back plate. Modification to clutch bearings. Borg and Beck type of splines for hardening and grinding etc. HDY.{William Hardy} will supply a complete specification of the modifications which are to be incorporated.

Engine Coupling. To be as at present instructed, and as fitted to SpectreCodename for Phantom III 3. - 8 sets only.

Gearbox and Actuating Shaft. To be as at present instructed incorporating the actuation to suit the horizontal handbrake lever, and shorter gear change lever. 8 sets only.

Speedometer Drive. To be as at present instructed. - 8 sets only.

First and Third Motion Shaft. Instructions on this section are to be held up for one week pending a decision from Experimental Department with reference to ball bearings, etc.

Servo Drive. To be as at present instructed, to suit the larger servo.

Second Motion Shaft. This section is to be held up for one week to await decision from the Experimental Department.

Reverse Gear. -do-

Change Gear and Brake Mechanism. To be instructed to suit the horizontal hand brake lever, and to suit the dashboard insulation scheme.

Rear Hand Brake Equalising Gear. To be as at present instructed to suit the type of adjustment as fitted on the Bentley.
