For the attention of Mr.West.
Re CAR RADIO.

We were in communication with you some while ago regarding the provision of fitments to the wheels of "Phantom III" Chassis to reduce brake static when Radio is fitted.

We have received some small fittings from you which, presumably, are for this purpose but should be glad to learn how and by whom these should be fitted. Your Lillie Hall Depot have apparently no information on the matter, neither have we ourselves.
