E1/M13.9.24. -2- Contd. complete, as you will find, but we have retained blue prints of the drawings requiring attention, and will send on the remaining particulars as soon as ever possible. In the meanwhile you will be able to proceed with the bulk of the work. We should be glad, however, of the usual filing prints, as we shall probably require our own for despatch to Claremont Haynes & Co., in connection with patent work. Since Mr. Royce intends to re-patent the automatic relay device in its new form, and also to apply for a separate patent for the means by which the hand advance of the magneto and battery ignitions are coupled together, it is of great importance that this information be kept secret at Derby.
