PHANTOM III CLUTCH

We find that the Service Stations have no gauge plates for setting the Phantom III clutch fingers after the clutch has been stripped. It is important that these should be used, as a precaution against jaggers.

The plates should be similar to the one now used in the Production erecting bay, except that the thickness should be the same as that of the driven plate, so that no allowance has to be made for a difference in this respect when setting the fingers.
