BASIC GAPS, ETC. VERSION 4.

MAIN SWITCH.

Armature stop. .012"

Armature stop gap when coppers are just in contact. .030"

Copper gap, (Last to make) carbons just in contact. .040"

Carbon gap, switch in fully off position. .040"

MUTUAL.

Arm gap, i.e. gap between main switch lever side arm and bakelite packing piece:-

(a) In fully on position. .010"

(b) In fully off position. .025"

AUXILIARY SWITCH.

Armature stop. .012"

Upper silver contact gap carbons just breaking. .025"

Lower contact gap (switch in off position). .030"
