To DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to R.{Sir Henry Royce} CJ. X719 HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG23.1.24. SERVO BRAKES. X 9940. X. 3409. X9910 We are sending to you 2 sets of liners removed from the servo brakes on cars which we have been testing. One set is off a car which the servo has not been overheated - the other set is off a car which has run for a short period with the power on. It is interesting to note the difference in wear between the wrapping and non-wrapping shoes. Will DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} please arrange to send these liners to R.{Sir Henry Royce} after he has examined them. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
