Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} JLL. re Bentley Coupe'. We have tested the Experimental Bentley Coupe' 4-B-4 by loading it with 5 people to see if the door would drop at the front where slightly open. We understand this is experienced on the Trials Coupe (Grey). Our test was negative - the door rose at the front approximately 1/16". We are going to test the chassis frame, for distortion and also examine the stock Park Ward Coupe constructions. One difference between our car and the trials car is that ours has a rigid steel wheel arch. The wheelarch plays an important part on a coupe' body on a wide frame chassis such as Bentley. We shall report on this later. EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
