Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of July 17th, and regret the delay in replying, but our Works have been closed during the Annual Holiday.

We return herewith the blueprints to you, and accept your proposed part costs of patterns for £12/15/-, and your proposed allowance for machining.

We should be glad if you would proceed with the production of the parts as quickly as possible.
