Fitting of a combined reverse-stop and tail lamp from Lucas Co., model No. 312L.

In cases where we have no interior bulb number plate as on 8.B.5. no provision is made for a reverse lamp. The writer has however obtained a neat combined reverse-stop and tail lamp made by Lucas Co. the No.is 312L. It is quite unlikely that you have not handled this lamp, but it is the first we have fitted here, and having the reverse combined, it makes a useful lamp.
