Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} 1015? (handwritten) AH (handwritten) Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}4/T.17.1.40. Re axle lubricants Confirming our conversation yesterday, some members of the Shell Company tell us that it is quite likely there will be no more of the various brands of Hypoid Oils available in England eight months from now. It is suggested therefore, that you should use the oil sent us by Shell some time ago in one of the Experimental cars, as it represents the Pool E.P. Oil which will be available when the other oils run out. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} (Gry{Shadwell Grylls}) (handwritten signature) | ||
