In a report from France on the running of chassis 14.EX, the following paragraph occurs :- "We had a failure of electrical cutout, due to a stud working loose. It was necessary to dismantle the cutout from dash to make O.K." Handwritten notes: E.F.C. E.F.C. EFC. {E.
