-2- Contd: Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}9/T15.10.35. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} reminded us that we should have considerable starting trouble with our present P.III in hot weather, and it was pointed out that we should either have to take the car to a hot climate or make other arrangements such as altitude climbing. I think we have come to the best conclusion; it is adventurous and will be difficult. The only other alternative would be to postpone the ordering of material for some months. It was argued that it might take us getting on for 12 months before we could get the two carburetter scheme for the car, but we think that the car generally is so good, whilst not being perfect in detail, that we should take the risk. When Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} comes to Derby next I suggest that this memo forms the basis of discussion, we shall not have got very much involved in ordering material by that time and can modify our views without difficulty.
