Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd. 5th May 1928. -2- Meanwhile I would like to say that the instrument I propose to bring for your inspection is one embodying principles which are not included in our descriptive literature and in any case I do not for a moment anticipate that in their exactly standard form they would meet your requirements without suitable modifications. These, however, we are prepared to carry out and also to provide any special finish you may specify. Perhaps you would kindly say if one day towards the end of the coming week (7th to 12th inst.) or any time during the following week will be convenient for you to see me when I have no doubt I can satisfy that our recent progress in the development of the static principles merits a test on your cars. Yours faithfully, FOR SOLEX LTD., L. Mantell | ||
