Note on a slack contact breaker lever in magnetos and a planned 10,000 mile test.

Another point we have noticed which is the case on the last two magnetos received, is that the contact breaker lever is made quite slack on the pin and we think this may have some effect in accentuating noise. At the moment we do not know the exact reason why this is done. Magneto No.100081 will, after test, be fitted to 12-EX for the 10,000 mile test in France. EFC. | ||
