Dear Sir,

Thank you for your letter of the 4th instant.

We have not published a table of road tests of cars for the past two years, mainly as a result of representations from certain manufacturers. It may interest you to know that we have received dozens of requests for such a table since we discontinued publishing it at the special request of the trade. Presumably, you will be able to prepare your own table from the road test figures which appear each week in the columns of "The Autocar".

We much regret not being able to assist you in this instance.

Yours faithfully,

Geoffrey Smith
MANAGING EDITOR.
