All SpectreCodename for Phantom III chassis which are to be used on the road should be fitted with springs G.83270/1, together with a mild steel packing, so that the spring load is 3,670 lbs. at 6.630". The approximate packing thickness will be .250". Recently chassis have been passed to the test without the front suspension dampers being set by W. Bell. The front dampers of the Trials cars will need to be set by W. Bell. The initial ball pin load setting for SpectreCodename for Phantom III dampers both front and rear is 60 lbs.
