Have there been any failures with the solid drive; if not we ought to use it.

Would there not be less risk with the Watford, because of the M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} of I. being lower, (only half).

You will remember that the Watford was used in all the high speed Napiers that were successful in the Schnieder Trophy Race, and that the Thomson-Houston failed at our high speeds.
