Dear Sirs, In accordance with an arrangement reached between your Mr. Rowbottom and our Mr. Kennington, we delivered to you on 29th December 1937, six Delco Ignition Coils 12 volt pattern, our Part Number DRH1424, without receiving covering order. Upon checking through our records we are surprised to find that we do not appear to have charged you in connection with this material. We are enclosing our official Invoice in connection with this transaction, and would be very glad indeed if you would accept it with our apologies for the delay that has occurred in presenting same.
