Dear Banks,

We have just removed a set of K.L.G. type 850 sparking plugs from one of our Bentley chassis with a fairly good deposit of lead on the insulators and we are sending them to you for Laboratory examination under separate cover.

These plugs were removed from the engine due to misfiring and no doubt your Laboratory officials will be able to determine whether this was due to the amount of deposit on the plug insulators.

At the same time we are sending you three new plugs for comparison.

Yours sincerely,
