H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Lidsey, Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Mr. Lidsey,

I regret that I have not been able to forward to you, the two-speed Handle for test in connection with the D.W.S. Jacks fitted to the 40/50 Chassis, but I have not been satisfied with the new worm gearing and this has held up the making of the actual gear-box.

However, things are progressing favourably now, but I am afraid we shall not be able to deliver this Handle to you in time to go out with the test chassis leaving for the Continent, but perhaps the handle could be sent out later.

I am wondering if you have had an opportunity of putting before your Purchase Department, my suggestion with regard to equipping the 25 h.p. Chassis with our Jacks.

We have not yet had a communication from them with regard to this matter and needless to say, we are most anxious to go forward with this proposition at the earliest possible moment.

Yours faithfully,

For DONALD SESSIONS & COMPANY LIMITED.

Managing Director.
