x6052. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.4/MA. April 13th., 1933. The Telegraph Condenser Co.Ltd., Wales Farm Road, North Acton, London, W.3. Dear Sirs, RR. Ignition Condensers. We confirm the visit of the undersigned to your works yesterday, when various points concerning the technical design of the proposed condenser for our ignition were discussed. It was arranged that you would produce a few sample condensers for our test, which condensers if satisfactory we should then purchase from you instead of making them ourselves. It was confirmed that the capacity of these condensers would be .2 MF. with a limit of .03MF., the peak voltage approx. 300, and the maximum temperature approx. 80°C. It was agreed that if you have any experimental modification you would wish to add to our design we should be most happy to incorporate the same, taking the advantage of your experience in the matter. Again thanking you for your hospitality yesterday. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
