For the attention of Mr. J.B. Dixon.

Dear Sirs,

We take this opportunity of advising you that our various Suppliers have advised us that in all probability there will be price increases for the various materials which they supply. In view of this, we have to warn you that there is a possibility that we may find it necessary to increase our prices, not only for new business, but even for orders already on hand.

We regret the necessity of advising you in this connection and you will no doubt appreciate that we shall only increase prices as and when it is absolutely necessary.

We shall be pleased to receive your acknowledgment of this letter in due course.

Yours faithfully,
AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS COMPANY LIMITED.

F.H. Allen.
