22nd. February, 1938.

Messrs. Cornercroft Co.Ltd.,
Ace Works,
Queen Victoria Road,
COVENTRY.

For the attention of Mr. Mountfort.

Dear Sirs,

We are returning today under separate cover the wheel discs supplied for the 6.50 x 17 wheels.

The inner disc does not sit close enough to the spokes and fouls on the brake drums.

We have only .360" clearance between the spokes and the drums at the fouling point, which is clearly marked on the discs.

Would you kindly have these discs altered and return them as soon as possible.

We are hoping to complete this car for the week-end.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.

P.S. We are also sending one 4 x 17 wheel for the fitting.
Kindly return after the work is completed.
