I realize at the present time there is an increasing amount of urgent work, but as it is essential to keep Works prints up-to-date, I shall be pleased if you will arrange that requisitions are not marked 'URGENT' unless they really do warrant it. In order to deal with the really urgent requests in a way not to delay production unnecessarily, we are arranging to allocate one of the machines for this work from 2 p.m. each afternoon. To make this work satisfactory, it will be necessary for any prints that are required the same day to be requisitioned before 12.30 p.m. and for any prints that are really required after this time, the requisition must be signed by Mtn. If all concerned will work to this arrangement, I am sure better service will be given all round, and confusion in the Print Room will be greatly reduced. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
