A.{Mr Adams} V.{VIENNA} Apparently we must account for this by (1) the torque required to turn the engine being a good deal lower than estimated for the worst condition., (2) the characteristic of supply to the motor being considerably better than we take in our tests. (At the present moment the battery on the Goshawk is a C. A.{Mr Adams} V.{VIENNA} Willard of 40/50 size, which we know has considerably less internal loss of voltage than the batteries of the Goshawk size). To prove the point, it may be necessary to make a test of the actual voltage and current on the motor when cold and rolling the engine. EFC. | ||
