In response to your memo regarding gearbox oil level, we have made a new mark on the dipstick 6.3/4" below the machined face of the boss for the filler plug. This mark is 1.1/8" lower than the existing mark. We have not drained the gearbox but drawn off oil with a syringe. 2.3/4 pints have been removed to bring the level down to the new mark.
