Referring to Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}14/H.12.1.39, after talking to C. about this matter, I think it advisable to point out that, whilst we quite agree there has been a welcome reduction in Free of Charge work this year, it must be borne in mind that output has been down very considerably.
Free of Charge work of course bears a direct relationship to the number of cars turned out.
