1. We have had two serious complaints from the Chief Warden for the District regarding light from the door of the boiler house at Clan Foundry.

The opening is covered with a green canvas curtain. This is not sufficient because, in any wind, in spite of weights fitted to the bottom of the curtain, it blows up and lets out a lot of light.

2. We have not as yet received padlocks for the Air Raid Shelter Gates.

3. We have not yet received a spring to shut the passage door leading into the yard from outside the staff cloak room.

Can you please put these items in hand as urgent matters.
