Removal of Rig Test Equipment to the
Clan Foundry.

Further to our discussion on this subject.

As some confusion is likely to arise as to which rigs belong to the chassis side and which to the aero, we would refer you to memo. H.L.1/CB.12.12.36. which clearly indicates the location and type of rig originally laid out for chassis work.

In addition this memo. also specifies the motors which belong to the chassis side -

1 5 H.P.
2 3 H.P.
2 20 H.P. variable speed machines.
1 7 H.P. Crypto 1500/3000 r.p.m.

Prior to this of course there were several motors in use on chassis work including 1 variable speed Royce Motor.
