Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter, reference CF/ES. DO.A.

For our production requirements for this bearing to your No. L.1945 and to our No. GB.4667 we shall require the entire cage to be made in steel so that it will not matter which way round the bearings are assembled.

We note you say that the price will have to be higher because of the steel cage, but we should like to point out that our drawing has always called for a steel cage.
