EXPERIMENTAL DEPARTMENT.

Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Clm.{D. D. Clapham}14/JH.

21st. July, 1939.

Messrs. Park Ward & Co.Ltd.,
473, High Road,
Willesden,
LONDON.N.W.10.

For the attention of Mr. Ward.

Dear Sirs,

Will you please send up to Derby two door pillars, scuttle panels, and a screen rail as used on your standard Bentley steel saloon.

The Coupe, 10.B.V. which was down at your works recently to have the scuttle strengthened, is still just as weak as it was previously. We are finding out what modifications are required to strengthen it up sufficiently, and therefore require the above mentioned parts to get the outside shape right. We would prefer these parts separate, and not welded together in any way.

Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
