The cycle rack in the Experimental yard is not nearly big enough to house all the cycles which are brought in, consequently the yard cannot be made to look tidy with them standing here and there.

Will you please look into the possibility of making the bank behind No.4 Test house into a cycle rack. If the stands were made at an angle, the bank would be amply wide enough for the job, although would require to be at a lower level.

With all the Experimental Chassis and single cylinder aero unit beds there are several millwrights almost permanently employed over here.

Will you please look into the possibility of building them a place in which their tackle can be housed and provided with a bench and vices.

There is ample space for this between the end single cylinder beds and the Experimental gates.

We are limiting the number of petrol barrels around each test house and the remainder we have stored behind the cooler which appears an ideal place.

To complete this job in order to roll the barrels up and down will you please build up an inclined runway in concrete.
