Rear silencer placement for future designs, referencing limitations on the Phantom III model.

For future design work we would point out the
desirability of making provision for the rear silencer to
be mounted as far back in the frame as possible for the
reduction of exhaust noises.

On our present Phantom III car we are prevented
from going back another 4"or 5" by the hand brake rope being
situated in front of the rear axle.
