| -2- The third point is that the engine is not as quiet when working hard with the car closed as it is with it open - an exacting criticism, perhaps, but one to which my little 8-cylinder Essex is not open. I admit the Essex engine has a much lower compression ratio - nevertheless I would not mind betting that in time you will get this one to be equally inaudible with the body closed. I must admit that the car is a great temptation to me, but I shall first have to wait until I have sold my Phantom II and also until the little points above referred to are put right. May I terminate by offering you my warmest congratulations upon a very wonderful production. I am, Yours sincerely, ('Sd) Ernest Kleinwort. | ||
