Instructing on the correct format for assistants to use initials when writing letters.

I am instructed by the General Manager to ask you to instruct your assistants that the indicating initials named on the indicating cadr are only to be used; and that if any of your assistants write letters on your behalf, they are to use your indicating initial, followed by their own.
