Messrs. Alexander Duckham & Co. Ltd.,
Research Laboratories,
Holyport Road,
Fulham,
LONDON, S.W.6.

For the attention of Mr.L.E.P.Wright.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter of October 19th. If you really want to make a grease which will be of use to us what we want is a grease which can be used in the water pump and in all other parts of the chassis. It should have a melting point of at least 150°C for use in front hubs.

A mere replica of Mobil No.2 is not what we want and would probably not be included in our instruction book.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
