I was very pleased with the running of "Goshawk II" and think there is probably nothing very serious the matter with it to prevent it going into production, providing we strengthen the parts which have been broken on the bumping test. The improved second and third chassis, however, should shew up even better than this first chassis. There naturally will be items to fight on test during production, but there are signs now that it will not require serious alterations. R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
