Smith} Re Tests on S3 Battery (156) This battery has now run nearly 30,000 miles on the road. On Low Rate Discharge through an invariable external resistance of 1.80w, 56.9 ampere hours were realised. All cells shewed positive weakness. On High Rate Discharge through a constant external resistance of .100w. Initial amperes = 103 Time to 100" = 6.5 min " " 90" = 15.2 " " " 80" = 16.7 " All cells shewed negative weakness & discharged equally. Signed: G.J.
