To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}2/AP.20.9.37 WRAITH STEERING Owing to the lower tyre pressures now being used on Wraith we wish to be able to try reduced castor angle. Will you please machine one pair of yoke forgings to the angles shown on Ex.S.88 and Ex.S.82A. These are urgently required as, if satisfactory, we may wish to fit them to the next 10,000 miles car. We will allocate a chassis to which they should be fitted when they are ready. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer} | ||
