Messrs K.L.G. Sparking Plugs Ltd.,
Robin Hood Engineering Works,
Putney Vale,
LONDON S.W.15.

For the attention of Major C.M.Carrington.

Dear Sirs,

We have had a telephone call from our Mr.Sleator in Paris, reporting serious complaints of K.L.G. 830 sparking plugs on Bentley chassis in the hands of French clients.

We have requested him to let us have some of the faulty plugs in question, but in the meantime he urgently requires replacement plugs.

The simplest and cheapest move to "tide" him over until our investigations are complete is to send him some of the old 765 plugs.

Will you therefore arrange for him to be supplied at Levallois, Paris, with 10 dozen plugs invoicing same to him.

Yours faithfully

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
