It was agreed that items (1), (2) and (3) on pages 3 and 4 of Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1/MH. {M. Huckerby} 11.11.39 should be proceeded with. The decision was made to defer discussion on items 4, 5 and 6 to a later date. It was agreed that design consideration could be given to item 4. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} agreed to arrange with Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} as to how the facilities for carrying out this programme are to be provided.
