Dear Mr. Smith, Further to our conversation of Monday last we have pleasure in enclosing herewith a list of all the parts, prices and tool costs, together with our remarks against the respective items. We should esteem it a favour if you would kindly look into the various items in the light of our remarks and let us have your reply accordingly. We would also take this opportunity of reiterating the fact that the six bodies required are now urgently needed and than we shall be able to finalise the jigs and toolbs by building another six bodies. We agree the 60% additional cost in regard to the first six bodies, but we feel sure you will appreciate that the second six should not exceed 10% above the quoted prices and your confirmation regarding this matter would be much appreciated. This opportunity is also taken of enclosing a separate sheet showing the respective items with the tools and part off.costs, as we consider they should be.
