Tests into inefficient brakes after washing cars, by grooving the linings.

In order to try and overcome this trouble we grooved all the footbrake linings thus - Sketch on "RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}" copy - in T file Developed View. to see whether the method of removing oil quickly from the synchromesh cone surfaces would be effective also for water on brake linings.
