Dear Sir,

re S.P. "Carbonil" Speed Motor Oil.

We have produced a super grade engine oil specially adapted for racing, speed and general competition work, which should be of particular interest to your members.

This oil is the direct result of continuous scientific research work by our laboratory technicians, chemists and engineers and is produced by the Company's new Solvent Process of refining, entirely eliminating all impurities, including unstable hydro-carbons and tarry matter, giving us a straight mineral oil of maximum purity, without any extraneous additions to "boost up" the lubricating properties.

S.P. "Carbonil" Speed Oil is a specialised product to meet the requirements of the modern high speed motor engine, with a high compression unit running at phenomenal speeds and temperatures that call for a scientific oil to stand up to these very extraordinary working conditions and maintain power with speed.

S.P. "Carbonil" Speed Oil possesses a high flash point, low gravity and a very flat Viscosity "Curve" giving the minimum difference in Viscosity at the varying temperatures found in competition engines on the one hand and the extreme temperatures and high pressure ratios of the racing or speed power unit on the other side.
