Brakes.

These will have to be coupled to the 25 HP. servo in some way, using peregrine equaliser parts as far as possible.

Shock Absorbers.

J.lll type exactly similar to those now running on peregrine in France. The mounting will have to be left to you. We want axle control on the front.

Road Springs.-
Front.

These are the same centres as peregrine (35") but the axle seats are off set 1" to the front. Unfortunately the correct springs have only just been ordered. This will mean holding up on damper position, brake rope lengths etc., until they arrive. We could use peregrine springs temporarily to push the chassis about on.

Engine Unit.

We can let you have our test bed "China" unit for lining up purposes. We hope that the J.1 unit out of 16.G.IV., which will ultimately be used for the chassis, will be available during the next few days. We want the camshaft to the latest forms issued by R.{Sir Henry Royce} and the induction pipe which he is about to release.

The existing 25HP. gearbox will be utilized since the "Bensport" one will be a considerable time in materialising.
